Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting prices, not fixed quotes. Your final price depends on the size, surface, condition and accessibility of the area, and is confirmed before any work begins.
Results
Exterior cleaning improves the appearance of surfaces but we do not guarantee complete removal of all staining, moss, algae, paint, oil or discolouration. Outcomes depend on the material, its age and how long the buildup has been present.
Pre-existing condition
Cleaning can reveal existing damage such as loose or missing jointing, cracked slabs, spalling, failed sealant or weathered timber. We will raise concerns before starting where possible, but we are not responsible for pre-existing defects.
Access and site preparation
Please ensure the area is clear of vehicles, furniture, pets and fragile items, and that we have reasonable access to the surfaces being cleaned. Let us know in advance if water or power access is limited.
Cancellations and weather
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange. We may reschedule work where weather conditions would affect safety or the quality of the result.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
